What are Rights Managed images?

Rights managed photographic images are copyrighted and, if purchased, grant the client one-time use of the photo which must also be expressly authorized by the owner of the image(s). Rights Managed licenses also have specifications regarding utilization, size, placement, duration of use and geographical distribution.

Why can’t I see the prices of the photographs?

Every image available on www.fotolocchi.it is Rights Managed (see above). Therefore, in order to provide our clients with a licensing price quote, we need to know the specifics of how the photograph(s) will be utilized (placement, duration of use, geographical distribution etc.)

How is the cost calculated?

In order to give our clients a price quote for an image, we will need to know the intended use of the photograph: in which sector it will be utilized, how it will be distributed, the size, the geographical circulation, and the duration of the requested license.

May I purchase a photograph for personal use?

If I can’t find what I’m looking for, can I request an archive search?
